Ingredients:
• 8 thin pizza bases (readymade or homemade)
• 160 ml (⅔ cup) Maggi Chilli Garlic Sauce
• 1 kg chicken breast fillets, cut into strips
• 15 ml (1 teaspoon) Maggi Lazenby Worcestershire Sauce (Garlic and Ginger)
• 60 ml (¼ cup) olive oil
• 80 ml (⅓ cup) Maggi Sweet Chilli Sauce
• 8 tomatoes, sliced
• 2 red peppers, seeded and thinly sliced
• 750 ml (3 cups) grated mozzarella cheese
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C and lightly dust 4 large baking sheets with flour.
- Put the pizza bases on the baking sheets and brush each with the chilli garlic sauce.
- Season the chicken strips with the Worcestershire sauce. Heat the olive oil and stir-fry the chicken strips until just done. Add the sweet chilli sauce and mix.
- Sprinkle the chicken strips over the pizza bases. Arrange the tomato slices and red pepper strips on top and scatter over a generous layer of cheese.
- Bake for about 8 minutes or until the cheese has melted and starts to bubble. Slice and serve immediately.
